Barack's Speech the Other Day

Will Barack Obama's speech at the Jefferson and Jackson Dinner forum in Iowa this week, considered by many to be his best since the 2004 Democratic National Convention oration, push him in the polls? Here's the clip. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tydfsfSQiYc

It's truly an inspirational speech. If he can follow this up with a bunch more like it, he may be on his way to coming back to win the nomination.

We'll see. I think he did a pretty good job. We need polls on this site though so we can track this stuff!

i think one of the problems with campaigning (and doing so for this long) is the stump speech.  obama floored people when he first spoke at the Democratic National Convention a few years ago because he was inspirational.  that was one of the things that drew people to him.  but i would imagine it's hard to stay original and inspirational when you're giving almost the same speech everyday, if not multiple times a day.  it's good to see some of that inspiration creeping back in.  maybe it will reinspire all those who got him to run.

I humbly suggest people who are supporting other candidates (other than Ron Paul) check out this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zNB1U1tgX1g It is from the Florida GOP Debate in October 2007 & the only debate Ron Paul has been given equal time in a debate (for whatever reasons) Just check it out & form your own opinions. I have a feeling people who are supporting Hillary or Obama would be pleasantly surprised by how intelligent & honest Ron Paul is & realize how Hillary & Obama are really giving vapid answers (telling you what you want to hear) instead of intelligence. Just take a look, it will only take about 10 minutes of your time. We are all in this together.

Baracks speechs are really inspirational. He has an ability to unite people through his words. I really hope that his campaign can gain momentum during today's super tuesday races. Here's a great music video that supports barack. http://campaigncircus.com/video_player.php?v=7604

I can never understand politicians on gun control. Mr Obama's record is clear on gun control. Why is it that he loves all of the guns and security (we pay for) protecting him and his family. I believe that average americans are entitled to protect our families. I don't have the resources to hire a armed security force and the police can not guarantee me 24 hour protection.

Why is it that Mr. obama called for Don Imus to be fired for his remarks, yet mr. obama set in a church and listened to a racist preacher for years. I guess he thought that was ok because he is black.

I hope this country is smart enough not to elect someone like him.
