SPOOKY. It hasn't hit Bush yet, but the pope did just declare satanism is on the rise.

In our country's history, whenever the country has been in trouble, God has placed a strong leader the head of our government, sometimes almost by accident (Lincoln was something of a fluke.

Our country was coming apart at the seams in the late 70's and we needed Ronald Reagan right then and for those 8 years to buy out country a couple of more decades.

George Bush too was something of a fluke (if you believe the media and Al Gore) and yet would you really rather have had Clinton's evil assistant running the country and trying to come up with something to do about the 9/11 attacks?

Can you imagine how badly we'd have been beaten up if we'd gone into Afghanistan and had Saddam Hussein at our backs giving aid and comfort to the terrorists?

If we need a leader, God will provide us with one, unless we've done like ancient Israel and made him so mad at us he decides to let the Babylonians wipe us out.

Now that's a sobering thought.

Just one man's opinion...

Anybody who can look at Bush's seven years of crimes, follies and disaster, and STILL insist that Gore would have been worse...his butter has clearly slid off his noodle.

And Reagan did more than any president in memory (Bush excepted) to destroy this country by setting us on a course of 30 years of Reaganomics, which led us to a $9 trillion debt, and the political ascendancy of a bunch of Bible-beating psychopaths.
