	Arlen Specter (R) Honorary Chairman Dubbed "Republican in Name Only," Specter entered the Senate for Pennsylvania in 1980, making him the longest-serving senator in the State's history. He often breaks from the GOP and in 2006, following the move of the Dems, met with the Syrian President.
	Meredith Kelley Treasurer A specialist in campaign finance laws, Meredith Kelley advises campaign committees, corporate-sponsored PACs, and individuals on Federal election law. She also worked on the Kerry-Edwards 2004 presidential campaign.
