Background

Headquartered in Washington D.C, since 2003, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) has closely monitored government ethics, bringing egregious conduct to light and holding public officials accountable for their misconduct. The CREW team of lawyers and staffers have brought numerous high-impact lawsuits concerning corruption by governmental official at the local, state and federal levels.

  • Lawsuit - White House to provide copies of e-Mails prior to and during the lunch of Iraq War
  • Lawsuit - White House to provide copies of visitor logs held by the Secret Service
  • Lawsuit - The filing of a brief as amicus curiae supporting the constitutionality of the Honest Leadership and Open Government Act of 2007 (HLOGA), which disclosure requirements applies to lobbyists who are hired by coalitions and associations to pursue the interests of association members before executive and legislative branch officials.
