Samuel Bodman (R) Secretary Previously the Deputy Secretary of the Treasury Department, Bodman was appointed Secretary of Energy by Bush II in 2005. Of the 2007 IPCC report on global warming, he offered the view that the U.S. is not as big of a harm as other countries.
