David L. Williams is President of the Kentucky Senate. He grew up in Cumberland County, Kentucky, attended and graduated from the University of Kentucky, and later earned his Juris Doctor from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville.

Katie Stine is a Republican member of the Kentucky Senate. Prior to joining the Senate in 1999, she served from 1995 to 1998 in the House of Delegates.

Daniel Mongiardo - (D)

Daniel Mongiardo (D) was elected Kentucky Lt. Governor on November 6, 2007. In 2004, he nearly upset U.S. Senator Jim Bunning (R), losing by just one point. Mongiardo has served as state senator since 2000 and is a practicing physician in eastern KY.
