	Herbert Kohl (D) Chairman Milwaukee Bucks NBA owner and one of the wealthiest senators, Kohl entered the U.S. Senate in 1989 and has won re-election ever since. Though pro-choice, pro-gun control and anti-death penality, Kohl is generally seen as a moderate Democrat.
