Brad Winter is the Director of the Capital Master Plan Department of Albuquerque Public Schools. Bachelor of Arts at the University of Oklahoma and his Master of Arts and Doctor of Education degrees at the University of New Mexico. Brad Winter is the senior member of the City Council, serving his second term as the representative of District 4.
