David Carmen's Biography
Carmen is also a member of Team 100 and an elected member of the DC Republican Committee. Prior to establishing the Carmen Group he worked at Citizens for America (Reagan's grassroots lobbying organization) as Director of Policy and Communications and was with the Republican National Committee as a speechwriter and Co-Director of opposition research.
