HALL, John, a Representative from New York; born in Baltimore, Baltimore County, Md., July 23, 1948; graduated from Notre Dame High School, Elmira, N.Y.; attended Notre Dame University, Notre Dame, Ind., 1964-1965; attended Loyola College, Baltimore, Md., 1965-1966; musician; songwriter; business owner; member of the Ulster County, N.Y. legislature, 1990-1991; Saugerties Central School District board of education, Saugerties, N.Y., 1996-1998; elected as a Democrat to the One Hundred Tenth Congress (January 3, 2007-present).
