I have poll"itis". That is a mental disorder when you spend way too much time trying to figure out polling data for this Presidential Election. I've always felt that at some point McCain is going to make the race interesting. If it's true that many voters don't make up their mind until the final week then if McCain has a shot we'll find out in the next few days. In order to keep it simple for me, I'm going to only focus on two polls. Rasmussen for a national poll because it has a lean to the right, so as long as Obama has a 4-5 point lead I'll feel comfortable. In terms of state polls I'm going to stick with SurveyUSA, they seem to be as reliable as any.
Today SurveyUSA has Obama and McCain tied in Missouri. Rasmussens daily tracking poll has Obama by 5, down from by 8 yesterday, so at least in these two polls we are seeing some movement toward McCain.
