Bill O'Reilly's seemingly contradictory remarks on Bristol Palin's pregnancy and Jamie Lynn Spears' pregnancy have been reported on this site before. Apparently, it's been spoken of enough elsewhere to warrant a response by O'Reilly:

The quick summary is that the Spears kids are clearly out of control, and there's no evidence to suggest that of the Palins. It's a dubious argument--while Britney may or may not have been out of control, Jamie Lynn was not making much news prior--but then again he's built an empire on dubious arguments.

But that's not even why I'm posting the link. Included in the Daily Show clip are a number of contradictory statements ("hypocritical," if you prefer stronger language) made by McCain supporters that I hadn't heard about before. Most noteworthy, in my opinion, are the disparaging remarks Karl Rove made about Tim Kaine as a VP candidate. In short, he's only been governor for three years, and he was mayor of a "small" city. Richmond, VA is roughly ten times the size of Wasilla, AK.
