We screwed up and ruined those people's nation. Its our responsibility not to let the reigion descend into chaos just because we were too trigger-happy and then couldn't stand the fact that people die. If we stay in there, less people will die. If we leave, many more people will die. It will be our fault if we leave that all those people are dead, as we pushed people to radicalization, deystroyed basic infanstructure, etc. Besides, most Iraqis do not want to partition Iraq - as many as 98%. We'd just be putting people in countries they don't want to be into, which is exactly why there are problems here in the first place.
