I just got a newsletter email from www.ronpaul2008.com and was impressed by the length of the letter, which possibly means that his audience has the patience to read along epistle? Oh, yeah I said epistle.
Anyway I was stuck by his non-presidential sounding, everyday man, tone and wordsmithery:
"Of course, they pooh-pooh our success. 'He's just registering Democrats and Independents and people who have never voted before.' Well, yes. It's called growth. We are laying the groundwork for the primaries."
Yes he said "pooh-pooh" and...
"As always, everything depends on you. Please, make the most generous donation you canhttps://www.ronpaul2008.com/donate/ as soon as you can. I need your help so badly."
The "I need your help so badly" line just seems like a strange word choice, but perhaps I'm harping on a nothing?
Just got an important email from HillaryClinton.com. Although all I did was signup to her newsletter she writes...
Get your bumper sticker here... Does the fact that Hillary's bumper sticker seems alittle wider then a standard sticker mean anything?
Just found this page http://fivebrothers.mittromney.com/, Romney's 5 sons are all blogging on the Romney website. This is meaningless, but I love the Ben Romney works the lumberjack beard compared to his 4 brothers chisled fraternity bro-looks. Josh, Tagg and Matt look like the same dude. Too tired to find out if I'm a moron an they are just twins.

Maybe we can get the brothers to do some mingling over here on Politicalbase.com?
Not sure if this is interesting or not, but thought I'd just post some of the Email Newsletters I get from the official pres campaigns. This one is from Obama's website which I joined....
Dear Ethan,

The consequences are clear. Too many Americans dead, too much money spent, a civil war raging in the heart of the Middle East, and America less safe than before.
But you can do something about it.
In 48 hours we're organizing a nationwide door-to-door canvass to end the war in Iraq. Find a canvass near you and join us:

Many Republicans and even a few Democrats refuse to admit the mistake they made five years ago. And now we're seeing history repeat itself as the drumbeat builds for a war with Iran.
Once again, some politicians are more afraid of appearing weak than they are of being dragged into another war.
It's going to take your personal involvement to stop the march to the next war, just as it's going to take your commitment to stop the one raging now.
The time has come to end the war in Iraq. We've already spent five years paying the price for one bad vote.
Join us on Saturday and let's do something about it:
