If you want to get into the militia part of the arguement, I will ablige. The militia act of 1903 states that all males from 17-45 are considered part of the reserve militia. So at least those are allowed to KEEP and bear arms.

However, the first eight of the aricles of the bill of rights deal with INDIVIDUAL rights BUT this one? Doesn't make much sense with how the founders describe gun ownership.

Unfortunately they can't afford to. If people started to make restrictions on free speech and freedom of religion, it would open the door on possibly a total ban on these things.

I completely don't agree with alot of music out there today. It is very hurtful or incites violence in many cases. However, when it crosses the line and leads to a crime, prosecute the crime. Don't keep others from making music. Same goes for guns.

I'm not going to try and put restrictions on thier music because they have as much right to their first amendment rights as I do to my second amendment right.

It seems to be vague depending on which side of the arguement you are on. But say it is vague, just for arguement, with the basis for this nation being personal freedom, I would choose to give more freedom than less.
