I am so utterly fed up. Seriously. I see this beautiful country, that I love and cherish, crumbling around me. Lies, greed and deception on all sides. No signs of hope. A feeling of stagnation in the system, with no real growth or renewal. I cannot blame sides, republicrat or democan alike. It's all fucking bullshit. Both sides are fucked in their own special little ways. And this great country, with all of it's hope and valor, has become a pawn of the hidden agendas at hand.

I am an American, a voter, and someone who prides themselves in seeking the truth. And yet, all I hear right now is lip service and rhetoric. The foundations of our country are being ripped apart at the seams, be it by bailing out criminals who have now given us all the gift of paying for their crimes, or by parading candidates around as if they are the fucking messiah, sent to save us, when they have all benefited from the very crimes for which we are now indebted.

So torn is my soul, that I sometimes wonder how we will ever recover from the atrocities being forged. I love my country, and the people in it, but I don't feel that I should be held responsible for their inability to take care of themselves or their inability to be upstanding, honest citizens of this country. This world is based on survival of the fittest, and if you can't get by without a constant hand-out, get the fuck out of the way. Now, that is not to say that I do not believe that we all come upon hard times. And sometimes, we all need help. But, to live your life with this fucking victim mentality, and to spread that shit to your children is just sickening. I was raised with the integrity and resolve to take care of myself, and to take pride in whatever it is that I do with this life I have been given. And I really take no pity on those who expect to skim through life, waiting for someone to do all of the work for them.

Things need to change. We need overhaul and revolution. We need reorganization and restructuring. We need to take back our freedoms. We need release from all oppression, especially that oppression which comes from a government thats duty is to protect us.

We need a new source of hope, and it certainly ain't coming from any of the yahoos that are up for election in this wonderful, everyone must fit into one of two-categories, system.

So put that in your pipe and smoke it... puff-puff pass, bitches.
