Clinton Says She Must Counterattack
I hope the Obama campaign realizes how important Hillary is... I'm not sure he could win without her.
ID is nothing more than creationism. Creationism is not science. I teach college geology classes and it amazes me that - every semester about a third of my class believes in creationism. It's kind of hard to teach real science when they have been taught such things. I saw a poll once... it took scientists' views (geologists, biologists, etc.) on the subject and compared them to the general public's. If I remember correctly, the percentage was 98.6% of American scientists rejected creationism (outside the US was more like 99.8%) while almost half of Americans(general public) believed creationism - in one form or another. Do You Think Obama will be Assassinated?
I think we as a society have progressed a lot since those days. I don't think Obama should be worried for his life if he becomes president. I know there is still hate out there, though. I do get the feeling that people, in general, are more civilized than just a decade or two ago regarding said issue. I hope I'm right.
